Job Description

*Your mission as Tech senior TA specialist *

As a tech Talent Acquisition specialist, your main goal will be to grow an extraordinary pool of global talents (aka. the Lukooms) to nourish Luko growth and ambitions.
You will structure tech recruiting efforts and will be responsible for growing Luko from 90 to 150 full-time mission driven doers. Your scope includes a wide portfolio of tech roles : front-end, back-end and mobile developers, data & ML engineers, or even Product in Europe.

You will be also in charge of driving our efforts when it comes to spreading an engineering culture & brand on a European perspective.

To do so, you will join Myriam, Akvile, Stella & Anaïs in our People team, in order to :

  • Drive hiring process for 100% of tech roles (software) to find the best talents worldwide. We want to double our tech team from 30 to 60 people by the end of 2021 !
  • Hunt talents for our tech roles on a daily basis
  • Build a tech community of potential hires in tech
  • Drive the building of our tech brand identity on french then european market
  • Build new ways to attract talents by using some automation tips (growth, hunting best practices...)
  • Act as a business partner for the engineering team when it comes to team organization consistency
  • Participate to our Central tribe mission on organization design, knowledge culture and overall efficiency for the engineering scope, but also the whole company.

Preferred Experience

Who are you?

  • We don't mind where you studied - what counts is your experience & motivation :-)
  • +4/5 years of experience on hiring and at least 1 experience in tech hiring in a A to C tech company
  • You are skilled in Sourcing & Growth hacking (or wilingness to push there)
  • You are used to use structured interviews, asynchronous & decentralized hiring process
  • You know your basics in terms of tech knowledge and have a good appetite & knowledge of tech culture.
  • We have huge ambitions and we rely on you to help us achieve our goals using your analytical skills, creativity, empathy and your decision-making 💪
  • Your excellent at networking
  • You are well known as a good team-player, and fit our culture.
