Job Description

At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 3 squads, and each squad has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The MRR Squad that focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers, the NPS Squad is aimed at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included, and the TPM Squad that works on building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes.

As part of the MRR Squad (Monthly Recurring Revenue), you will primarily work on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers and the launching of new insurance products. Towards different channels, the MRR squad is responsible for creating diverse advertising campaigns, building new partnerships and creating our Luko brand that represents us as we are: reliable, caring, committed, accessible and ever evolving.

Monitor our online reputation (on Truspilot, Google Business, App Store IOs, App Store Google play)

  • Manage negative reviews
  • Collect and leverage positive reviews (website, socials, PR, etc.)
  • Maintain > 4,5/5 rating and sync with CRM to get more positive reviews from different type of clients

Community Management

  • Manage negative comments and handle client questions
  • Provide fun answers to comments and create discussions and interactions

Lead our Social Strategy

  • Build and lead the social strategy on Instagram
  • Take care of the social roadmap with Brand team + Central team (Linkedin + Twitter)
  • Lead our Influencers program

Lead Customer care IRL operations

  • Implement & monitor welcomekit + post claim kit operations
  • Find and implement new initiatives to delight our customers

Preferred Experience

  • You are passionate about customer experience & customer
  • You love social management
  • You have experience working in social management and/or CS
  • You have a first experience in a startup (B2C/ecommerce)
  • Fluency in French and English
