Job Description

Your mission in the team:

Under the supervision of the Head of SEO (+12 years of experience, ex - Head of SEO @ ManoMano), you will be in charge of the SEO & Content team in France to develop Luko’s organic visibility in this country.

For that purpose you will :

  • Help identify new semantic opportunities

  • Manage the dedicated Content team (1 Content Manager + copywriters) to produce best-in-class content and landing pages

  • Be in charge of the internal and external link building initiatives

  • Perform SEO audits and recommandations

  • Ensure the platform technical compliance with the latest search engines requirements

  • Leverage conversion rate optimization on SEO landing pages

  • Create synergies with SEA & CRM team

  • Carry out performance & impact analysis

  • Evangelize SEO best practices internally

Who are you?


  • Education : Master degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing

  • 5-7 years experience as an in-house SEO or in a search agency

  • Strong knowledge in search engine optimization, Content Management / Production and growth strategies

  • Familiarity with common SEO tools and Content Management Systems (CMS)

  • Native level of French and fluency in English

  • High level of organization, a structured approach and an ability to handle multiple topics at once

  • Natural communication and interpersonal skills, written & spoken

  • Creative mind and confidence working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

  • Team spirit, enjoying small structures where ownership and scope will evolve

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or knowledge about insurance
