Job Description

At Luko, we are divided into 3 tribes, with its own roadmap, a dedicated product manager and tech team. The MRR tribe that focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers, the NPS tribe is aimed at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included, and the TPM tribe that works on building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes.

As part of the New Launch squad, you will be transverse to these 3 tribes, in order to bring about Luko's long term vision : building a Home Care company that actively protects your home and empowers you to maintain it... and not just an insurance contract.

The mission of the Product Marketing Manager & Launcher is to act as the product marketer and go-to-market driver for all products & services related to Home Care, from articulating a value-proposition & positioning to executing the product marketing roadmap and coordinating operational execution cross-tribes.

In details :

  • Define Home Care's value proposition and client target - leveraging user research findings & our brand positioning
  • Define the positioning model of each product / service: acquisition / retention / upsell / differentiation lever?
  • Build, execute & monitor the success of the go to market strategy to make Home Care real (priority products/services to push, target CAC, distribution channels, budgets, messages, target audience)
  • Align all teams on a single Home Care roadmap to ensure consistency & shared priorities. Coordinate its implementation. Actively monitor & share progress on key KPIs

Preferred Experience

Must have

  • +4-5 years proven track record of successfully leading the launch of B2C products / services
  • Polyvalence : expertise in Product marketing, while being comfortable with all types of go-to-market topics (acquisition, branding, ops, analytics)
  • Autonomous, hands on & problem solver : you have an entrepreneurial, guerrilla mindset and are used to fast paced environments
  • Data driven & familiar with optimizing marketing metrics
  • Languages: French and English (full professional proficiency)
