At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 3 tribes, set up on a product-based organisation. Each tribe has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The MRR tribe that focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers, the NPS tribe is aimed at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included, and the TPM tribe that works on building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes.

Job Description

We are looking for a user-obsessed product manager to own our Claims product.
Your role will be to build the best possible Claims experience, and turn a painful insurance experience into a delightful one.

*What you will do

  • You will own the whole Claims product at Luko, making decisions on how to scale & optimize the Claims experience of our users.
  • You will be responsible for the product development of Artemis, our best-in class internal Claims management system, and work very closely with our data science team to automate claims sizing & fraud detection.
  • Your passion for turning complex problems into simple experiences and for building delightful and smooth user experiences will be key to your success in the role.
  • Build an ambitious roadmap for the Claims product, make sure that it is clearly communicated to all the relevant internal stakeholders and that you execute and deliver against it
  • Find ways to constantly optimize user satisfaction through our product & work to continue having the best claims NPS of the industry
  • Define OKRs for Claims, keep a constant eye on your success metrics, and always make sure to optimize as much as possible
  • Talk to our users (both internal and external) as often as possible to understand their needs and how we can simplify the Claims process even further
  • Make Luko's mission of protecting homes come true from a product perspective

Preferred Experience

Who are you?

  • You've worked at least 4 years in Product Management
  • You are very user oriented - making users happy is your reason to wake up in the morning !
  • You have a passion for simplification & for turning complex user experiences into delightful ones
  • You are very analytical and obsessed by optimisation
  • You have experience working in a fast growing startup, with the strong organizational skills that come with that environment
  • You have great communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent English skills (written and verbal)
