Job Description

The TPM tribe
At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 3 tribes, set up on a product-based organisation. Each tribe has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The MRR tribe that focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers, the NPS tribe is aimed at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims includ, and the TPM tribe that works on building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes.

As part of the TPM tribe (Touch Per Month), you will be responsible for building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes. At Luko, we believe that prevention is better than cure. Together with the tech team, you work on technology and AI to build a better future for our homes, we all want to live in (more info here).

Your mission at Luko

You will be working on LukoWater, our device that develop Luko Protect, an intelligent protection solution (Luko Door, Luko Elec and Luko Water) to prevent and reduce the impact of damages in homes (read more . These technologies are one of Luko's core activities and their public launch becomes now a central project.
As manager of this core project, you'll be the dedicated ambassador (internally and with our customers) of all protect projects (product tests & reviews, product improvements, product shipping). You'll be attached to Luko's product team, and as such, be in touch with almost all company fields (tech team, customer support, operations, communication and content...).

  • Planning and organization of the different prototype launch phases
  • Be the Product voice along the development, from the prototype to the mass production
  • Responsible for testing operations (shipping, customer service . etc)
  • Shipping reporting and device setup performances
  • Analytics: Qualitative analysis of clients' feedbacks and proactivity to imagine future product evolution
  • Documentation: Content creation to help our users, to make their device setup experience as smooth as possible and Animation on our Protect community.

Preferred Experience

Who are you?

  • Currently enrolled in a Master degree (Business School or Engineering School)
  • Excellent skills in Excel
  • Languages: French + English (full professional proficiency)
  • Nice to have: Coding skills
  • Ability to plan tasks and execute fast
  • Collaborative and empathetic individua
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
