Job Description

At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 3 tribes, set up on a product-based organisation. Each tribe has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The MRR tribe that focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers, the NPS tribe is aimed at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included, and the TPM tribe that works on building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes.

As part of the MRR tribe (Monthly Recurring Revenue), you will help develop strategic relationships with a network of independent partners (e.g., insurance brokers, small real estate agents) to distribute and promote Luko

As our Partnership Network Manager, you will:

  • Seek, secure and execute partnership activation opportunities
  • Analyse existing partnerships and co-create the strategy/process/tools for ways to improve activations and partnership development strategy for small to medium-sized independent partners (e.g., insurance brokers, small real estate agents)
  • Cultivate positive and trusted relationships with our partners in order to maximise potential, uncover new opportunities and secure long term relationships
  • Explore new ways to improve customer journeys & user experience with Luko to add value of a partnership with Luko for new partners
  • Ensure that all commitments and terms negotiated in the contract are delivered (marketing commitments, reporting, invoicing…)
  • Analyse projects and partnerships performance, identify key success factors and share learnings & knowledge
  • Work with Product, Data, Brand and Marketing teams to develop a portfolio (inc. processes, product solutions, tracking methods, tools and marketing materials) designed to deliver value for partners and other internal stakeholders managing partnerships

Preferred Experience

Must have

  • First experience in growth hacking, scaling a large network of partners with high automated processes, B2B2C Sales, Strategic Partner Management or Project Management with partners
  • Limitless energy and motivation to move mountains - Build, animate and scale the best partnership network for Luko
  • Knowledge of Growth Hacking tools, methods and automation & scale with limited resources mindset
  • Negotiation, influencing & communication abilities to close deals and influence outcomes externally and internally, even without formal authority
  • Experience in or related to the Tech/Startup/Scaleup scene
  • Understanding of the Insurtech environement
  • Sales & Partner-oriented, hands on, autonomous, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Analytical, data-driven and tech-savvy, very comfortable in a technical environment
  • Rigorous and well-organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Positive, passionate & humble
  • Languages: French and English (full professional proficiency)

Nice to have

  • Bonus : Knowledge of the different verticals of indepent partnerships (insurance or mortgage brokers, real estate agents and rental managers, syndics)
