Job Description

Today Luko is known as a home insurance. Our vision goes way beyond insurance, our mission is to help European to have safer and greener homes seamlessly.

Joining the New Business team at Luko, it’s not just another job. You’ll have the chance to build from scratch a complete new product that matters. We’ll give you the freedom and tools to bring your absolute best, and the opportunities are limitless. We’re looking for people who apply deep logic to their thinking and back everything up with data, whilst being able to deliver empathetically. Being Luko's Entrepreneurial-Agents into new verticals, we seek individuals who see things through from start to finish, and who learn from every mistake. Through innovating services, your job is to bring Luko mission to reality "a Home Care company that actively protects your home and effortlessly maintain it... not just an legal insurance contract sleeping in a drawer until a flood / fire / storm happens".

  • Deeply understand our users hassle linked to their home
  • Scoping new markets opportunities; and define development strategy
  • Bring ideas to users with fast iterations and prove market fit
  • Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams from Operations to Finance, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Communications, etc.
  • Building critical vendor relationships and performance tracking systems
    -> Scale our home services into a billion dollar business

This is a true generalist position requiring deep user understanding, experiences in product, growth, operations... organisational and project management skills. You have a natural ability to break big tasks into smaller sub-tasks that can be monitored and tracked.

Preferred Experience

Must have

  • You’re a natural entrepreneur - ability to spot and developp opportunities : You have already launched a product / service on your own
  • You have at least 5 years experience in expansion, fast-growing startups, consulting, M&A or similar.
  • You have discerning ability to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • You’re an excellent team player with ability to manage and communicate with various stakeholders
  • You’re proactive and willing to volunteer to do what needs to be done
  • Autonomous, deeply analytical problem solver


  • You have started your own business before, or were a key founding member
  • Experience in Product and / or Growth
  • User reasearch
