Job Description

You will be #1 of the Global Expansion Department, one of the most critical department in Luko future growth. You will position Luko toward expansion machines, growth, product, ops & regulatory experts, problem solvers and creators.

Your mission as International Expansion Manager

Your mission will be to successfully expand Luko into new geographies

  • Your are our Entrepreneurial-Agent - you’ll be fully responsible to set-up Luko in new market from 0 to scale
  • Define and interate our country launch playbook
  • Understand consumer habits & behaviour, market dynamics, entry barrier and key potential partners
  • Assess the local environment (tax, regulation, etc), identify key product, operational, status and growth opportunities
  • Hunt and hire the best local talent and local growth partners
  • Align all Luko teams toward launch : product, growth, legal, operation, HR...
  • Be the local GM deputy for the first quarters of launch
  • Replicate -> new country

Preferred Experience

Who are you?

Must have

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and bias for execution. You never settle
  • You have 5+ years in fast-growing global startups & consulting/M&A or similar.
  • Your analytical skills are outstanding (market analysis, budget planning...)
  • You’re have superb project management skills, strong ability to break big tasks into small one that can tracked
  • You have experienced Local vs Central tradeoff & great corporate knowledge (legal status, tax implications,.. ) in the EU

Big Bonuses

  • You have previous experience in fintech/insurtech industry
  • Consumer growth experience
  • You have started your own business before

  • Traditional Insurance background
  • Speak French
