Job Description

As Head of Talent, your main goal will be to scale organization and HR processes to match our growth in Europe. You will grow an extraordinary pool of global talents (aka. the Lukooms) from a wide portfolio of roles (growth, product, software, hardware, customer service, insurance experts) by recruiting and on-boarding them the best way possible and thinking their evolution and possibilities at Luko.

You will :

  • Build the recruitment strategy and recruitment process ;
  • Recruit top talents in Europe and support the opening of new countries;
  • Support and train managers internally on recruitment efforts ;
  • Make candidates and teams feel the Luko Love ๐Ÿ’™ ;
  • Build a successful on-boarding program for our teams ;
  • Define and flourish Lukoomโ€™s employer brand (maybe by changing that name first ๐Ÿ˜„) ;
  • Build training programs and think internal mobilities and career paths ;
  • Define clear goals, track efficiency and quality metrics

Preferred Experience

  • You have +5 years of experience responsible for an HR function, ideally in a fast growing international environment
  • You have experience in multiple human resource disciplines (including recruitment, compensation practices, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employment law)
  • You are business oriented and have experience implementing HR strategy that supports company objectives
  • You are capable of working in an agile manner in an evolving environment
  • You have the taste for challenges
  • You are organized and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • You are in love with the Luko culture ๐Ÿ˜‡
  • You are a proactive problem solver and negotiator: nothing can stop you!
  • You are fluent in English
