About

Luko was born from a simple vision: we aim to build the most intuitive and transparent online experience, designed to empower policyholders to understand and manage their insurance. 🌐

✨ A New Generation of Insurance: Sign up in less than 2 minutes, access an advisor in under 100 seconds, file a claim in just 5 minutes.

In just 6 years, over 400,000 users have placed their trust in us. Thanks to intelligent use of technology, we’ve revolutionized home insurance online, putting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at the heart of our approach.

A Significant Impact: In 2022, 1 in 4 home insurance contracts sold online in France was a Luko policy, and nearly half of our new customers joined us through a recommendation from a friend or family member.

🌟 February 2024: Luko joined Allianz Direct, the European digital subsidiary of the Allianz Group. Together, we aim to become the undisputed leader in direct home insurance in France.

🔄 What Does This Change?

  • For our customers: Enjoying the same high-quality service, backed by the financial strength of the Allianz Group.

And for tomorrow? Luko already offers Allianz Travel insurance, and soon… auto insurance! 🚗
