Job Description

Your mission in the team:

As a Deputy Finance Director, your role will be to structure and grow the support functions in France (finance, legal, compliance, risk, people services) and in particular you will focus on driving the Financial planning and Impact team.

As Luko expands to new countries and new activities, the support functions are scaling fast in size and expertise. France being the headquarter of the Luko Group, you will be the key partner of all business developers:

- Supporting their key projects like product launch or country opening and

- Ensuring high standard processes, promoting operational excellence, efficient decision-making process, smart information management.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 4 years of experience with a strong background in Finance
  • You ideally have a previous experience as a manager
  • You're a true generalist and are able to switch easily between complex and varied topics
  • You're able to coach and give ownership to your team
  • You speak french and english fluently (mandatory)
